Technology & Resources
The Prenni lab is equipped with analytical instrumentation including LC-QQQ (PerkinElmer QSight 220), GC-MS (PerkinElmer Clarus 690/SQ 8T), ICP-MS (PerkinElmer NexION 2000P, microwave digestion, NexSAR HLPC for speciation), and HPLC (PerkinElmer LC300).
We collaborate with the Analytical Resources Bioanalysis and Omics Core (ARC-BIO) at Colorado State University for access to high resolution mass spectrometry instrumentation including: Waters Synapt G2-Si Q-TOF, Waters MRT Q-TOF, and Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Eclipse with FAIMS.
